I am writing to apply for the Project Coordinator position with British Gas. As my CV reflects, I am currently employed with xzy organization a leading engineering consultancy. I have extensive experience in Project,

Risk and Commercial Management. In my current role as a Project Management Consultant, I have worked on several projects within the energy sector. I wish to further develop my career in project management within the energy sector and I believe a career with the UK’s leading energy supplier will enable me to achieve this.

With a Master’s degree in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick and my experience in project management combined with my change management, risk management and commercial Management on a variety of large and Medium scale projects makes me ideally suited to this role. I have excellent communication skills, in my current role and my Internship as an assistant project manager I have developed and strengthened client relationships and successfully managed multiple stakeholders, I am a team player, with the ability to work under pressure. My attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard.

Part of my responsibilities as an assistant project and commercial manager on projects such as () involves change management; this involves issuing early warning notices, instructions and quotations, monitoring and reporting on the progress of the project and commercial monitoring and analysis and risk management.

My goal is to continue learning and developing my expertise in project management in my future role. I believe that I would be a perfect fit for British Gas and that this is a role in which I could both grow and develop my strengths.
