I was previously with Copal Partners where I was responsible for profiling targets for potential transactions short- listed after carrying out analysis across the industry, financials and past transactions. I was also responsible for deal execution, building financial models for corporate valuation and preparing marketing and diligence materials including pitch books, teasers, information memorandums and data rooms

My experience also includes target recognition & in-depth analysis in Renewables at Global Data

Given my background in Finance and experience consisting of two years in Accounting & Finance / Research and a year in M&A (emerging markets), I am a particularly good fit for the Global Capital Markets off Cycle internship at your firm.
