Dear Sir/ Madam,

This letter is in response to the announcement of Human Resource graduate position in London 2016.

You can download my CV to review. Particularly relevant is my vast knowledge of HR gained through my LSE Master’s Degree (Merit). I am also able to put this knowledge into practice. This was evident by my participation as a participant in my participation in the HRPP Group Competition 2015. As part of a team of eight We reviewed P&G’s existing HR policies, analyzed its advantages and drawbacks, and then devised an effective long-term strategy for implementation. I was the main speaker and was able to answer questions from the judges. Because of our collaboration, we took 2nd place in a field of fifteen other teams. Alongside these skills my degree in undergraduate studies has also helped me improve my skills in the analysis of data and presentation delivery as well as writing high-quality outputs. I am convinced that these skills as well as the ones I have demonstrated in my application set my application apart from the other applicants.

I’m drawn to this particular graduate position because of these three primary reasons.

First of all, it’s a natural option for me to select Deutsche Bank because I am interested in becoming an analyst, but I also want to make use of my HR skills also. Additionally, as a culture specialist, I enjoy having the opportunity to work for an organization that is aware of that culture is important even more so when culture is a part of the company’s overall business plan. In addition, I am enthused by having the chance to collaborate on HR processes that enhance efficiency in business through the OpenX program. I enjoy playing an integral role in the achievement of this lofty goal, while also enhancing my HR expertise, specifically within my Talent and Reward area.

In the end I am sure that my passion for HR operations and governance will be a great asset to Deutsche Bank. I am hoping that the information provided proved my abilities and my desire to work in the Deutsche Bank vibrant environment. I am looking forward to the opportunity to discuss my contribution to the team and to the bank.

Thanks for the thoughtful attention.

Yours Faithfully,
