Sample Cover Letter For Executive Assistant

Dear Hiring Manager:

I have always been one of those people who simply loves getting things done. As a Business Administration major, and as someone passionate about marketing combined with my strong communication and organizational skills make me the perfect fit for the Executive Assistant job within the Marketing department of Stanley Black and Decker.

Recently, I took an internship at Sports Management Company as a Marketing and Administration intern where I utilize my proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage contact information databases, develop marketing materials, and assist in the production of tournaments handled by the company. In past internships at physical therapy offices, I have learned standard filing procedures, scheduling appointments, and organizing call-back lists.

Outside academics and work, my experience as secretary and head of the finance and membership committees for Radford University Ambassadors, a Student Alumni Association, helped me to cultivate excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership skills. My responsibilities involved maintaining and managing weekly meeting schedules, expense reports, and the Alumni office calendar. My prior work and service experience demonstrate that I am an organized, reliable, and motivated individual.

I appreciate your time and look forward to speaking with you about my qualifications and how they can help Stanley Black and Decker continue to bring innovative solutions to people worldwide.
